When I visit Gentle Hands Dentistry, I always feel my service is very personalized. Each person I have encountered at GHD has been very congenial. CC is so detailed, and has offered so many dental health suggestions, which I have followed.

Immediately, guests will likely find the up-to-date eclectic menagerie of magazines a splendid way to fill the very short gap between check-in and examination time. This subtly-fragranced waiting area caries through the air quiet wafts of nonchalant and vaguely-fruity springtime aroma, combined with a welcoming, calming and seemingly neurologically-balancing medical facility-appropriate background music selection. The music is not decibly-intrusive nor obnoxiously-faint as some might fear. The two-tone paint decor which can only be cheerfully described as "warm pearl" and "saddle" help the medical experience, in this reviewer's opinion, to feel much more coffee house-esque than your typical, tired "sterile hospital white" motif all too common in substandard and unnamed dental care facilities. Upon the wall, one will notice the meticulous spacing and attention to detail given to the placement of Dr. Sadre's many, many inspiring awards and diplomas, leaving little room, if any, to second guess Dr. Sadre's mastery of the dental arts and practices. Gentle Hands Dentistry really does live up the their "Gentle" claim, as my ongoing multi-cavity treatment experiences require an all-hands-on-deck approach, each hand as noticeably gentle as the next - a refreshingly rare and honest business self-assessment if I have ever seen one. Dr. Sadre's optical magnification accoutrements appeared to be of top quality and good repair, making for an understandably painless injectable numbing treatment. If one's aching latissimus dorsi is in need of relief, the massaging dental chairs are just what the Doctor ordered, apparently. I personally found the texture and integrity of the toilet tissue to be appealing, as well as the moisturizing and foaming action of the antibacterial hand soap to be of remarkable scent and viscosity. My exorbitant and inexcusable quantity of cavities, which were in dire need of professional medical attention, were addressed promptly, skilfully and professionally, leaving my sensitive teeth in fantastic repair. Upon dismissal, I appreciated the receipt of a complimentary and gender appropriate-colored toothbrush, the gesture in generosity of which has not gone unnoticed. In the future, decidedly, when high fructose corn syrup and polypropylene glycol continue to ferociously eat away at my enamel, Dr. Sadre will always be my first call.read more

Started off great ... by the end it was absolutely terrible service and I would never recommend this place. I received treatment for invisalign and it was a bad experience. From the constant lack of communication to the several refinements my trays had to go through, what was originally supposed to be a 13 month treatment turned into 2 1/2 years! I understand refinements are common but an additional 15 months? I'm sorry, but someone isn't doing there job correctly. When my last set of trays came in (after my 3rd round of refinements) the hygienist stated that it was "only a few more" so I asked how many ... 20. In what world does 20 equate to "a few"?! My first year of treatment was great. Never any issues. After my first year I noticed a huge turn over in the hygienists and that's when the atmosphere changed, communication started to become an issue, and they tried to sale me every single service they offered. Unfortunately, I had to quit my invisalign treatment because I was moving out of Phoenix (something I made them completely aware of 1 year before moving) and now my bite does not go down all the way, it is uncomfortable, and I still do not have the straight teeth I was hoping for. Do not use Gentle Hands Dentistry ... their prices and deals might look great, but the quality of service is not. You get what you pay for I suppose. I tried to contact them several weeks ago to see if there was something that could be done to fix these issues, I have yet to hear back.read more

I have been a patient at Gentle Hands Dentistry for many years. On my last visit I had my teeth cleaned and a cavity was found. They were able to fill the cavity on the same visit and it took no more than 15 minutes after the cleaning as the anesthetic was administered during the cleaning process. This saves me time as I don't have to make an additional trip. Obviously if it was more serious like a crown this could not be done but it shows they care about your time as well as your teeth.read more

This is my first review, ever. This is a year after I have seen Dr. Sadre and she performed some fillings on me that still hurt a year later. It hurts to bite down on anything that is firm and now a year later, I have a couple of teeth where the fillings are that are now sensitive to cold. It's miserable. I also had to get a root canal after she filled one of my teeth, it was the worst pain I have ever felt. I went back to her after I got the fillings done and mentioned to her that my teeth hurt (which I've never had fillings hurt before) and apparently nothing is wrong. My boyfriend is the one that referred me to her and he got fillings that hurt as well. She offered to redo the fillings for him but not for me when I went to her and complained about it. She had told him she has had a lot of patience complain about her "new" type of filling she was using.
After she did nothing for me to try to figure out the pain, I went to another dentist and he advised that it was the way she did the fillings is why it hurts and that it will eventually go away. It went away but now the pain is coming back and I am sure they'll have to dig the filling out and redo it. Her receptionist (the blond older lady) made it hell for me to switch dentist and go to a different orthodontist to get braces. The receptionist at the orthodontist said the blond lady was rude. She told them that I still needed two more fillings that I wasn't even aware of. When I called to find out what is going on, she is rude to me too. I went to the other dentist I transferred to and he said I didn't have any cavities.
They made it hell for me to try to get braces and LIED about me having cavities that needed to be filled. I just got my annual exam done yesterday and was told I don't have any cavities still. I am so upset with this place and extremely unsatisfied with how rude they were to me and how much of a pain they made it for me to do something to better for myself. I'm upset that she didn't try to better the situation for me or offer to redo my fillings.read more

I have to say I'm impressed by the front desk. When the patient walks in they pretty much do know you by first name. Very impressive! 5 stars. The technicians in the back my son has been seen by two different ones it seems to rotate out by those two very polite very caring very understanding. 5 stars. Now the doctor I would have to say a complete five star rating she cares about her staff that's evident by the way they greet their patients. The Doctor comes on the patient level which that's very impressive as my son is 13 years old and has challenges. The office visits are overall a 10 star rating it's relaxing and you can tell they care! I lead a very hectic life and and we all live that crazy hectic life but having that security that you know when you walk into that dental office that you will be cared for is vital! The staff and the Dentist are wonderful and informative! They are gentile as their name indicates ; are also very thorough. I have never been a person that looked forward with joy to visit my dentist. But this experience is not painful as it has been in the past. Of course, needing an analgesic injection is not a painless thing; but at Gentle Hands it is less so and with their compassion I can tolerate it more easily. Thanks.read more

I have been seeing Dr. Sadre for about a year now. she has managed all my dental emergencies "gently". I believe my dental anxieties and worries are a thing of the past. Highly recommend this place.

The waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. The intake staff were all very kind and got me in the same day for my appointment. They were able to see me quickly and I never felt rushed or nervous about my cleaning. I really liked the hygienists and the doctor was friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back for future cleanings.read more

Went for a root canal and crown 4 months ago and when I left and was asked to pay, I was informed that I was being charged about 100 more due to missed appointments earlier this year. I did not remember making these appointments, or getting any reminder calls, nor were they something I needed. When I explained to them I had not had any toothaches earlier, which is what they said they were for, I was told they were valid and I had to pay. Funny how nothing was mentioned about owed charges before I agreed to the work and they laid out costs...
Now, I have had to go back 3 times to have the new permanent crown put on, because every time I go in, it doesn't fit properly No credit for me because they can't get it right, or for my time to keep missing work and coming in though. 4th attempt is next week. We shall see if it is finally right, and then decide if I ever will go back here. Shame, because the first time I used them they were wonderful, but now, not so much. I wonder if the doctor there even knows what the office is doing with charges.read more

I was in desperate need of a dentist! I found Gentle Hands on Yelp & looked at there reviews & knew I had to check it out. My first apt was for X-rays & exam & then followed my second apt for the procedure. Let me tell you, I’ve never been so comfortable inside a dentist office. Best experience ever, loved everyone from the front office staff to the back office staff. Dr. Sadre was seriously AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable & literally had Gentle Hands!

I hate going to the dentist but because of them I actually don't mind now. I didnt feel a thing. They made it as painless as possible with no stress. Pricing is good as well. Friendly ,great staff going back for more work and would recommend to others.read more

Great experience so far and that’s means a lot given I neglected my teeth 4 years and had to get 8 filings. I believe there’s a reason Dr. Sadre stays booked, she’s a veteran and it shows. I’ve only been 2x but it’s good to finally find a great dentist and that’s easier said than done. Great group of ladies.read more

I was able to have my teeth looked at and fixed in the same day. The process took about 2 hours. They were super busy in the beginning, so it took longer to take me back. Great service though!
